By booking an appointment or using the Paws & Palms website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling grooming services for your pet.

Appointments & booking

Appointments are confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation by email or text. We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service if a pet appears unwell, aggressive, or unsafe to groom.

Cancellations & no-shows

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked service.

Pet health & vaccinations

For the safety of all guests, we require current rabies vaccination for dogs and cats. Bordetella is strongly recommended for dogs. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, skin issues, parasites, or behavioral concerns before your visit.

Grooming services

Prices shown on our website are starting rates and may vary based on coat condition, size, temperament, and time required. We will communicate any adjustments before proceeding with additional work when possible.

Liability

Grooming involves handling live animals and, while we take every reasonable precaution, minor nicks, clipper irritation, or stress-related reactions can occasionally occur. You agree to hold Paws & Palms harmless for ordinary risks inherent to professional grooming, except where caused by gross negligence.

This website is provided for informational and booking purposes. Content may change without notice. Unauthorized use of our branding, images, or booking system is prohibited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
